Ryan Moore’s riding skills to be dominated by Aidan O’Brien’s stable representation
The British Champion jockey for the year 2006, 2008 and 2009 will be riding quite a handful of Aidan O’Brien’s representatives for the race even though the jockey is currently retained by Sir Michael Stoute and will be riding Sea Moon in the Turf for him.
Ryan Lee Moore who was born on 18th September 1983 in Brighton is an outstanding flat racing jockey who has been the Champion Jockey thrice. He was awarded the Champion Jockey of the year in 2003 and has also won the British flat racing Champion
Apprentice in 2003 after 52 wins and Champion Jockey in 2006 with 180 wins, 2008 with 186 wins and 2009 with 174 wins.
Ryan Moore has won numerous prestigious races in Britain, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Ireland, Italy, US and Japan.
After the late withdrawal of Workforce from the Breeders’ Cup last year, Ryan Moore did not have a single ride during the entire event. He will ride Up for the Juvenile Fillies Turf, Homecoming for the Juvenile Fillies’ Dirt, Misty For Me for Filly And Mare
Turf and Daddy Long Legs for Colts Juvenile Dirt. Ryan Moore will also ride So You Think for the main feature race of the meeting, the Breeders’ Cup Classic.
Apart from Aidan O’Brien’s runners, Ryan More will be aboard one of Sir Michael Stoute’s Breeders’ Cup Turf hopeful, Sea Moon.
The event is very significant for Aidan O’Brien’s stable as it provides lucrative opportunities for potential stallions to the American market. Out of nearly thirty-eight entries, it was in 2009 that Man Of Iron won before which it was High Chaparral who
succeeded in 2003.
Despite the defeats, seven of Aidan O’Brien’s representatives have also stood second in the Cup. This time the odds are in favour of Aidan O’Brien’s stable as So You Think will start racing from the fifth stall. Due to Uncle Mo’s twelfth stall it is being
predicted that he really will not be able to threaten or intimidate the way he usually does in usual races.
The race will disclose if choosing of a top of the line jockey for almost all the entries will impact the outcome of the race for Aidan O’Brien.
