  1. they shouldn't but they might if your baggage is over weight or if you choose to buy the check 'n' go. Which gives you priority in the queues but to be honest its a waste of money.

    Enjoy your holiday!

  2. In theory no, but Ryanair have a reputation for getting blood out of stone, so go prepared for your baggage to be overweight or some other reason to charge you extra.

Please remember that they also charge for beverages onboard.

  3. Rumour has it Ryan Air will soon be charging extra for using the toilets. Either coin locks or selling toilet passes ;o)

  4. You will be only charged extra if you bring more bags then you stated you were checking in and your only allowed one bag for hand luggage .Also you will be charged if your bags are overweight .bring your confirmation number as you will be charged to get it at the airport .It states on the web page what to have in terms of weight etc so there is no excuse for being over charged .Its a persons own fault for not reading things before they book the flight .So then they get charged for extras in weight etc.and blame RYANAIR .check in opens two hours before the flight and closes 40 minutes before departure .have your liquids in clear plastic bags Eg sandwich ones and liquids are all to be under 100 mils.

  5. Ryanair are notorious for hiding their charges, upfront, but once you get to the payment screen all the fees are out in the open.

Personally I don't mind charges for things that are optional (say hold baggage) but I get irritated by the way unavoidable charges such as airport tax are kept separate from the fees.

  6. well i flew to ibiza on ryan air once and we had under 60kg of luggage between 4 of us, but one bag was over 15kg and one under 15kg so they didnt add up. we were allowed to go through on the basis that we were under 60kg combined in ldn stanstead, but in ibiza on the return journey we had to pay 200 euros for the extra weight. ryan air are known for providing cheap flights but finding other methods to make their money, and all in all they are a terrible airline.

  7. probabaly since it's ryanair...you should have gone with aerlingus as in the long run they do tend to be cheaper.

  8. No, provididng you only have hand baggage.
