  1. Well, consider the following:

Deangelo Williams will split carries with J. Stewart, who by the way will probably be Carolina's main goal line option. I'd put him second

Ryan Grant is coming off an injury and is playing the Minnesota Vikings, the #1 rush defense in the league! He'd be your last option

Matt Forte is the main back for Chicago and with their horrible pass offense they will be looking to run, A LOT! Also the colts d-line is a little soft against the run. Forte would probably be your best bet.

HOWEVER, you never know when any one of them will bust out for 200 yards and 3 TDs. Good Luck.

  2. deangelo williams

  3. Ryan Grant gets no respect, but look at it like this. Last year, he played half a season and averaged more points per week than any other RB in the league. Against Minnesota, he rushed for 119 yds and a TD. Start Grant! He is going to be utililized even more with Rodgers at the helm.

Deangelo Williams didn't do much last year, and will likely split carries this season. They are playing SD, who, even w/out Merriman, has a very stout rush D. Plus, they are sure to be playing from behind most of the game, and are going to be forced to pass.

Matt Forte is a rookie playing for one of the worst offenses in the league, going up against one of the best offenses in the league with a very good run D. Expect them to also be playing from behind and passing it out in the second half.
