DO I NEED IT IF AM TRAVELING TO SEWEDEN?

ryanair is the worlds worse airline their insurance is just another way to get more money out of u it actually does not hold up with dem as i found out the hard way. all the times i flew with ryanair the flight was delayed or cancelled with no compensation. what a farsacal airline and i wish they would hire staff who can speak english. i will never fly with this shoddy airline ever again book with another company u will be better off!!

You may need insurance if you require medical treatment in Sweden (although you should already have your EHIC card). You may find it useful to have insurance if you have any delays, cancellations, or lost baggage. However, the insurance policies from airlines, holiday companies, and travel agents tends to be overpriced, provide insufficient coverage, or both. Judging by comments from previous respondents, the insurance provided by Ryanair appears to be among the worst.

My advice is to take insurance but to buy directly from an insurer or an insurance broker. Do not buy from Ryanair. I can recommend using Worldwide Insure.
