  1. Seats are on a first come first served basis, however, they call for passengers travelling with young children or disabled passengers first.  I would save the £24 myself.

  2. Just tell your kids to scream their heads off when you get in the plane, then even if you are not seated together people will beg you to switch. Ryanair do everything in their power to make your flight as awful as possible, while all the time the cabin crew hold jam jars around your ankles in the hope that a few pennies will fall from your pocket!

  3. Priority boarding is another scam...!!..if everyone boycotted it the flight would board just the same but it would less stressful....black mark for ryanair

  4. Just be there early enough and when you board just sit where you want.

Ryanair doesn't allocate seats; first one in the plane, first one to sit.

  5. Get as near to the front of the queue as possible as there is more chance that you'll be given the opportunity to seat together.

I don't know if Ryanair allocates seats for that particular flight. However when I travel with them they allow us to sit wherever we want. But then again the plane is only about a 1/3 full.

    Anyway, good luck. =]
