HI, is anybody of you having problems with Ryanair's on-line check in (Check'n'Go) in these days?

I'm trying to check-in since the 15 - the flight is the 17 August so I should be able to...

  1. Yes, I am flying tomorrow and have been trying from various computers, with various browsers to check myself in on-line and the problem is that when you have retrieved your booking, punched in your date of birth, identity document type, nationality and ID reference number, there is no way to submit the data and continue. Looks like a missing 'submit' button.

I have spent a frustrating and expensive 5 minutes (=£5) on the phone to Ryanair's Internet support line, to be told that "lots of people are having this problem", "it is a system error due to upgrading of the on-line check-in system in Dublin", "keep trying and if you don't succeed, go early to the airport and pay for airport check-in".

    It really was that bad!!!!!!

I have kept a screen dump of the web-page glitch, my phone bill will show the money spent reporting an error not of my making, I will get a receipt for any charges levied at the airport in the morning and so help me or I will recover the money in full from Ryanair ....
