Rybczynski theorem used to describe expansion of Asian countries

Can the Rybczynski theorem be used to describe why some Asian countries expanded greatly in the electronics industry after WWII?

For sure it can be applied for this case - they had a lot of labor-force at that moment, thus capital investments extended PPF greatly and increased demand for electronics provided some support.
