Ed Cowan’s belligerent 82, well complimented by George Bailey’s half-century, steered Tasmania to a comfortable win over Western Australia in a Ryobi One-Day Cup match played at Bellerive Oval, Hobart on December 22. Chasing the target of 150 to win in their
second half, the Tasmanian Tigers got past the winning line in the final over rather easily with four balls to spare and four wickets intact.
