S.P.I.C role for London Underground?

Hi, I'm looking to understand what's required for a S.P.I.C role working for London Underground. I'm very interested in becoming a S.P.I.C primarily for a career change & would be very keen to hear from any guys or girls from LUL or other main contractors that could point me in the direction I need? At this stage I do not know whom to contact to get the ball rolling and would be very thankful for your help for the above. Thank you in advance.
