S-Video Cable Question?

Hey,

With an S-Video cable for the Xbox 360 like this - http://ecx.images-amazon.com/images/I/41AT159V7NL._SL500_AA280_.jpg - I see it has the RCA connectors too.

Will video be outputted from both? i.e. Can I plug the S-Video into one TV and the RCA into another, and play the Xbox 360 on both?

You can, but why on earth would you want to do this? Since the video output would be identical. Not like you can have diffrent video on the two screens, which would be helpful.
