  1. That dress is stunning!! Black is fine for wedding just try to add a bit of colour - with jewerelly ,bag or shoes.

    I went to a wedding last weekend a wore a black .

Its better to wear black then white or cream that is the number one rule!

    Have Fun

  2. It depends on what time the wedding is. If the wedding is an evening event then that dress would be the proper color black is a very sophisticated color when worn at the right time. Wearing black to a wedding before 6:00 PM is considered taboo. So if the wedding is in the morning or afternoon you should probably go with a lighter color.

  3. Only if it's an evening wedding. If so, pair it with a nice shawl or cardigan and some bright heels. If it's a daytime wedding opt for a brighter color.

  4. No , don't wear black .

This ones cute , and similar .

  5. It is very pretty, and I would wear it, especially if black is one of the main colors, you would be making th right choice to wear that!

  6. black isnt the cula u want 2 wear but either cream or white or wot eva cula they are mainly havin  also it is a cute dress but its more if the are havin a winter weddin or spring maybe not summer =]

    hope i helped x*x

  7. It used to be black was a big no-no for a wedding.  Black still remains the colour for funerals really.  However, things have apparently changed and black is now accepted at weddings.  I heard of a recent wedding (some friends of mine) where all the women were requested to wear a black dress, any shape, any design but black.

I think the dress on the picture is nice but i would add a little colourful something to make it more fun for the occasion ie. a coloured belt matching the shoes perhaps?!

  8. woww this dress is beautiful but black doesnt suit in weddings u shuld wear a red dress or sumfin wid black shoess wooww datll b beautiful but good choice..http://www.stylehive.com/bookmark/50s-Bl...

  10. To me it is like saying your marriage is doomed!

  11. isn't black dress for funeral?

you should wear something that's bright, not dark

  12. only if its at night.

if you are going to a day time wedding then wear colors.

  13. the dress is really cute for a wedding, it's fun. try to accessorize some colors into it, then it'll look less dark and dead for a wedding. the hair will show if your look is wedding-type too. try that out (:

  14. Both my twin and I wore black to our cousins wedding last week. Of course we were only at the dinner/reception. But I believe it is as long as you aren't in the party its not too bad. But don't wear white. Maybe search around for a different dress, or the same dress, different color. Also take into consideration what season it is. You may look out of place if it is a summer wedding. Talk to other cousins and see what they are wearing.

  15. Ordinarily I'd say no - I would certainly think twice anyway.

But... I went through my own wedding photos the other day and 3 people wore all black. I didn't notice at the time, and I thought everyone looked great! Wear whatever you feel comfortable in. You could always swap the  satin belt for one in a different colour and have some colourful accessories (shoes and handbag for a start - and maybe a hat?). That'd brighten it up a bit.

  16. I would not wear a black dress 2 a wedding, its a very cute dress though, maybe get something like that in a purple, white or pink?

  17. Personally, I think the dress is ugly and not very formal, but if you like it, go for it.

If for anything, ask your cousin.

    it's their wedding.

Some people believe wearing black to a wedding is like...making it their funeral, or you believing they'll divorce.

But like I said, ask your cousin.

  18. only if your cousin is the undertaker (mark calloway) if not then maybe white is more suitable

  19. i wore black to my cousins wedding but it was a a registry office.

i think its ok then but maybe have some brighter accessories?

  20. Í´ll didn´t wear a black dress for a wedding, if you really like the dark colours shoose an other one like violet, gray, chocolat.... but is very important that you feel beuty and confortable with the dress and the color of this.
