I need to lose 12 pounds before school starts.My plan is toEat 5 or 4 small servings a day and run 45- 60 minutes in the morning..I heard this lady lost 15 pounds in five days, but she didn't only exercises and watched what she ate she used a body wrap thing to.I'm 5'1 and 112 poundsThis dietary website said that I was about 12 pounds over weight and its true. I'm pretty short and I have a lot of extra fat!What else do I need to do to achieve this in 6 days?
