S it possible to lose 10-12 pounds in 6 or 7 days?

I need to lose 12 pounds before school starts.

My plan is to

Eat 5 or 4 small servings a day and run 45- 60 minutes in the morning..

I heard this lady lost 15 pounds in five days, but she didn't only exercises and watched what she ate she used a body wrap thing to.

I'm 5'1 and 112 pounds

This dietary website said that I was about 12 pounds over weight and its true. I'm pretty short and I have a lot of extra fat!

What else do I need to do to achieve this in 6 days?

  1. drink protein shakes and energy bars 3x a day for as long as you want.


  2. yes, but it is not safe. Try only max 3lbs a month. Even that is more than you are supposed to.

  3. it's not possible and if you are gonna run that much you have to eat a lot or you'll pass out.

  4. i think u should only drop 5 pound or so

    because if you drop anymore than that it be kind of skinny

    my cousin is the same height and is 104 pound and she look really skinny

    uh and running 45-60 minute is a lot harder than u think

    just walk to everything or bike there

    don't take bus or use car  lol

    i drop 15 pounds since summer now im gaining it all back

    But hey, Go for it.

    My advice. Dont eat. When you do eat stick to celery.

    and maybe a peice of bread.

    run twice a day for an hour each time

    drink a lot of water

    and sleep
