S roll and water did get in the motor?

It sounds like your saying that the engine runs but when you try to get it to go, it ether will not go, or if it does it will not get to speed.  That could be several things, I'd suspect fuel problems, which we've been having a lot more of this year.  After that I look at spark plugs then the drive impeller.  Good luck!
