what's the SIMPLEST and EFFECTIVE way of saying sorry to someone you've hurt but can't tell them FRANKLY bec. you don't have the guts to do so yet your CONSCIENCE is killing you...? please help me....pronto....:<

If you are truly feeling sorry, it will show even if you only saying sorry. Don&#039;t worry, if you are feeling it, they will be able to feel it too.

hmm i&#039;ve had this problem! the hardest moment to say sorry is when you really feel it, isn&#039;t it?

what works for me - i go up to the person, and i try to explain how, what or why that happened (WITHOUT finding excuses). i accept that i made a mistake that i know hurt his/her feelings, and that i really regret what happened. he/she will feel that you are honest and will forgive you. just try to be sincere and DON&quot;T FIND EXCUSES!
