Should we congratulate all African countries except South Africa for conserving energy?

In the entire continent, only South Africa provides its citizens with 24x7 power..

Surely this shows a lamentable lack of environmental awareness..?

perhaps they should all get the Nobel prize for their destruction of the rain Forrest's and the rhinos and the elephant and all of the other animals that they have caused to become endangered species.

But don't forget that they may not have electricity but decaying bodies also create methane which is a greenhouse gas and Africa has a plethora of unburied decaying bodies just rotting in the bush from its continual genocide programs
