Question:

SA v/s England at Lords. What do you think?

England on a slight roll after the Kiwi series, SA always tough. Panesar's guile and the trio of SA pacers. The old warhorse, Ntini and the dash of KP(never mind the bitterness about him). What do you guys think? Forget the outcome, how will the contest go?

  1. That will be even contest.... eager to see Steyn 2 Pieterson and bell.... Strauss 2 Ntini... smith 2 panesar and side bottom.

  2. anderson and sidebottom will be the key from england whereas from rsa their batting would have to adapt to english conditions. Overall I think it should be a very very good series and rsa should win 1-0 the test series.

  3. To be honest, I think SA will walk all over England. England's batting is fairly weak and inexperienced while on the other hand SA's batting is quite strong. Also England's bowling is a worry but SA's bowling is in excellent form with Steyn, Morkel, Ntini etc. SA will be very tough to beat

  4. Lots of runs to Kallis, Strauss and Smith.

Lots of wickets for Steyn, Ntini and Morkel.

England will have to work very hard to compete.

South Africa are clearly the better side, but that doesn't mean they will win.

  5. Lots of runs to Kallis, and Smith~

  6. Anderson will make the ball swing like a boomerang, Cook will score a big hundred, Collingwood a battling fifty, and the South African pacemen will struggle with the Lord's slope.

The contest will be a tough one, and quite slow going.

  7. SA will win

  8. I think it will be a low scoring game with no one making a century and england winning it.

  9. It will be a close contest but as a South African I hope we can keep our record at Lords since re-admission going with another win but England have a good team and at home will be very hard to beat Ntini has experience at Lords with a ten wicket haul last time he played there plus the fact that many people are focusing on the younger pace men should fire him up I don't think Panesar will play a role at Lords with the rainy weather and KP who knows how he will do I think he won't score many runs against us this time around we have seen a lot more of him now and know his game better but him vs SA alone is a spicy contest so it should be really good to watch go SA!!!

  10. I dun give a fk to what these morons think. England & South Africa has always been an enthralling contest with England have an edge ova them in Tests. Both teams batting hasnt been so good, which has been shadowed by sum fantastic bowling performances. WIth Steyn looking formidable and Sidebottom consistently ripping off batsmen. It will be the contests of best Test bowlers in the world. But I think, South African batsmen will struggle a lot, cos none of them seems in a good touch in Test Cricket. Overall, its gunna be a series dominated by sum good cricket & Superb fast bowling.
