Why shall we recall him? He already retired from a career ending injury so I don't think that would be a smart move by Sir Alex to recall him as he could cause more damage to himself than to the opponent.

Why do injuries only apply to Manchester United? What about Degen, Agger, Skrtel, Leiva, Mascherano, Babel and Alonso who were all unable to start against Sunderland? I think you'll find that United just have a weak squad who won't get so lucky this time.

i think its best he stays retired so we can remember him as the legend he is rather than struggling and probably causing more damage , we will be fine every season littlepool fans start after a couple of games saying they gonna win it and we have lost it look at last yewr the bragging early season was nearly as loud as funny as teir silence in the secondhalf of the season

Honestly.....be patient....its just one game.....I think it was very unexpected that they were not going to be with Tevez, who I feel is the vital player for United on the attack with other options not being available....

I don't think that would be necessary Giggsy.There's plenty more games left in the season.I don't think Sir Alex would think of such a move unless the whole title was resting on one game.
