well, the Megalodon was 50 ft long and 50 ton, while the supercroc was 42 ft 10 ton. Size advantage goes to the megalodon. But a modern croc has a biteforce of 5000 psi compared to a sharks biteforce of only 600 psi, so the megalodons bite would be as powerfull as the bite of a modern croc, but imagin the biteforce of a Supercroc! that would probably be 30000 psi!
Still i think the megalodon would win because of its speed and weight.
