How hard is the SAT Biology exam?

is it really that hard to recieve a perfect score of an 800, because thats what i heard.

  1. It is pretty hard, judging from my smart friends' experiences. A 2370 girl got a 780 on BIO-M while a boy with 2250 (as a sophomore!) got a 770. It isn't impossible, but if you really care about the 20-30 point difference, you can buy Kaplan, Barrons guides, and use them in conjunction with your textbook.

    In case you score a 770, it is not the end of the world. Most colleges look at SAT II scores as a way to weed out unqualified applicants (600's). If you do well, it won't help you much with the application process, as it is still a "requirement", not a successful undertaking outside the classroom, which would demonstrate your passion in learning.

    It's not that I'm not a perfectionist myself, i have a 2400 SAT II combined total (Math2, chem, ushistory). I try my hardest, if i didn't get those 800's and instead got 780's, i would've been happy nonetheless. It's just that life is not always perfect. I just got lucky on my SAT II's, sadly not my AP's...
