SAT I & II and College admission.

I am gonna be a senior in one month...

My gpa is 4.2 out of 4.3.

I took some honor classes last year, and im gonna take three AP and one honor classes this year.

I took sat i for the first time in May, and got :

Reading: 380

Math: 660

Writing: 540

Reading is TERRIBLE.

I have only 2 months left to improve my skills..

Is it possible that I get scores like..

Reading: 700

Math: 780

Writing:700

?

Give me some tips too..

2. I have three months left until sat ii.

-Korean

-Biology

-Math II

Korean is my native language, so I will get 800 on it for sure..

Please give me some tips to study for them effectively.

3. I am planning to take SAT I again in December, but this college requires the sat scores by dec. 1st. Can i send the december sat scores later somehow?

  1. Looks like you're trying for top colleges.

Going from a 380 to 700 in CR would take a small miracle unless you just froze that day. That's the hardest section to improve because it's based on comprehension, something hard to improve fast. Study SAT vocabulary, improving that could really help, but probably not 300 plus points worth.

Another hint, top colleges hate when you try to pass off your native language in an SATII. Most also want a range, not just math/science. Make sure the schools you're looking at will accept the ones you choose.

  2. SATi... study vocab until your head explodes. just memorize 10 vocab a day and then keep reviewing them. wordsmart is the vocab book i use.

take MathII cuz it's easiest to ace. unless you've taken an APbio class, then take SATii bio.

if possible, find a tutor for improving your weak parts.

  3. Where are you trying to go to school. Your GPA won't matter anymore the 4.3 is what will be on your transcript when applying. If you want to take the SAT I again you need to take it before Dec. There are some in Oct. also, you are sort of borderline for most good schools and they advise if you are borderline to apply for early action if possible. You have a higher chance getting in when you apply early than later.
