Question:

SAT II Math I Help?

Did anyone else take the Math I for the SAT II? I thought I was going to do really well on it but I only got a 610. I know it's not bad, but I got a 730 on the SAT Math Section, and I was so prepared for the test and breezed through it. Could there have been a mistake? Should I ask to get my test mailed to me?, cause I was pretty positive that I only got like 3 wrong on the test, and left about 3 blank. Looking at the general conversion chart of this exam on Sparknotes, it shows that a 610 is a raw score of 34/50. Since I only left 3 blank, that would mean I only got 37 questions right. That can't be possible. What should I do?

  1. The curve on the Math I SAT II is probably the most unforgiving curve (besides maybe the languages).  Each question wrong takes off a ton of points.

Keep in mind that the curve changes for each test.  And I doubt that a 34/50 is a 610 on the real one you took; it seems like it would be lower.

If you really doubt the validity of the score then I would say to order you test; you don't want any regrets.  I don't think that the price is that bad anyway.
