Question:

SAT II (Subject tests) .?

I am a High School Junior from India, studying under the British system of education.

I am planning to take the SAT I by the begining of next year, after proper preparation, but what I am bothered about is the SAT subject tests.

I have absolutely no idea which subject tests to opt for.

Perhaps I'll go for Math I or II , but what about the other two (or one) tests that I must take?

I am a business student. Neither am I familiar with the science subjects nor History or Literature (let alone the foreign languages).

I am not sure when to take these subject test,i.e., how much time I have in hand, but I am willing to prepare as much as possible to be able to deal with one or two of the not very familiar subjects/tests.

Please guide me.

  1. I would recommend Math IIC, which is of course harder, but speaks a lot more than the level 1 test

As for other subjects I would recommend taking a class (not anything high level, but just a class) , or at least getting a preparation book from a bookstore so as to study

most colleges look in people for SAT II tests that are diverse, meaning taking tests in more than one area, so as to show that you are well rounded.  However, they don't really require any specialization (meaning you don't have to be a science student to excel in a science test)
