SAT II scores?

If I do poorly on an SAT II, or I think I can do better ,is it a good idea to retake it. Do most colleges looks at your best score, average score, or what?

You should take them again if you did poorly, but know that although the colleges claim that they only take the best grade, they get to see  your first grade. But if you do much better the second time it will show colleges that you might have just had a bad day the first time.

my daughter took it 3 times

just don't take it in september - when you haven't gotten back in school - we made a mistake doing that
