SAT score of 1600 outstanding, good, poor, or needs improvement?

amazing if its out of 1600

but try to get above 2000

thats like averge, in the act, thats about a 24. So i guess its good, there are good universities  can go to with that score.

I assume its the new SAT, so between good and poor.

I'm not 100% sure, because when I was in high school it was ranked differently, so I don't know what the max high is... However, I do know that each school has different requirements and its usually pretty easy to find. Back in the day when I was in high school (about 4 years ago) we used college board, and on their search page it tells you the average SAT scores that students there had.
