  1. they only left me once for like 2 minutes. i could barely finish my banana.

  2. Eat a good breakfast before you go.

For a snack, take something crunchy and high-carb ... pretzels or crackers.  Or even a handful of dry cereal.  You won't have much time, so make it something you can eat quick and without a fuss or a mess.

I'm not sure how long you'll get for breaks, but I'm guessing not long ... a few chances to get up and stretch, and just a couple minutes between tests to grab a quick bite and a drink.

SAT's usually take up about 4 hours (seems longer!) ... 9 AM to about 1 PM ... eat before you go, and treat yourself to a good lunch after ... in between, you won't get time for much more than a snack ... so make it something that you enjoy!

  3. You really don't get that much time to eat...I would bring maybe crackers or something small...you get a couple minute long breaks just to stretch and stay in the room and you get (I think 2) breaks to eat/use the bathroom for maybe 5-10 minutes.  I would suggest eating a big breakfast instead because the test lasts all morning...mine ran until 1:00...it's really not that bad though, it's just long....best of luck by the way!!

  4. i usually take a couple of galaxy bars and 2 bottles of water just in case. don't take gum because it lowers the concentration to 75%. you may also take small sandwich.

    good luck
