should there be a [have] in front of [created]

    It's past definite. The action occurred and is completely over, so present perfect tense would be incorrect.


  2. Doesnt matter it sounds good to me either way..

  3. there is no "have" needed.

  4. I'd say you are safe either way.

    But, I think you should probably put the (have).

    It sounds better that way too...
