SAY you were making fried chicken......?

say you have the chicken all ready, your going to coat it in seasoned flour then fry it.

what would you add to the flour, other than pepper.....

  2. fried chicken.

    1) preheat oil med (any oil is fine, but i perfer olive oil)

    2)get raw chicken breast (wash it well)

    3) dip the chicken breast in flour and 1 package of Lipton's Onion Soup Mix

    4) flip the chicken breast

    5)take it out & let it cool

  7. I agree with the seasoning salt, salt, garlic salt.  Add it to the flour until it looks like a good mix of everything and smells good not too strong.  If it smells TOO strong then just add more flour.

  14. to me it's better to season the meat then batter@fry,that way the flour won't overide the spices. here' a tip after seasoning,sprinkle with hot sauce then batter and fry.be sure to fry with a lid on to preserve your juices.crunchy outside, juicy inside.
