SAt bio retake?

I am going to retake my sat bio which i got 540 on.

If i do better in OCT,say 650+,will colleges use the higher one for admission?

  1. colleges don't automatically see your scores. The only way they can is if you send it to them via Collegeboard. So if you get a 650 then send only that one and they will see that one. Also, there's no cutoff for any test for any school, so they wouldn't use "one for the admission." They'd look at both if you chose to send both

  3. You shouldn't retake it, most colleges don't care about SAT II grades. Only Ivy league colleges really look at SAT II scores in addition to other criteria to help set you apart from the other applicants. Most colleges do not require them, but if you want to go to a good school, they recommend sending 2 or 3 of your SAT II scores. If you didn't do as well on the Bio SAT II, because bio is not your best subject, try taking the SAT II in subjects you are stronger at.   My advice: forget the SAT II, focus on getting good SAT and ACT scores, because colleges actually care about those.
