the African Cup of Nations. The player also admitted that the summer’s transfer window was very difficult for him as he was chased by many top sides in Europe.

Cisse claimed that he is not yet sure about an exit in January but if a big club comes for him, he would think about it. He insisted that he will leave for the African Cup of Nations at the start of the next year and help Senegal
progress in the tournament.
“I don't know about that. All I can say is that I will be with Freiburg until December and in January with http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Senegal-c3001 at the African Cup. The time just before the end of the transfer period was very difficult for me; it was a long
time with a lot of uncertainty,” he was quoted as saying.
The attacker stated that he is currently focusing on the Bundesliga and is still a Freiburg player. He wants his side to achieve big this season and is hopeful of a successful campaign again.
“Now I know that I can concentrate on the Bundesliga and Freiburg. We will have to see what next year brings. That's right, but that belongs in the past now. I am focused on Freiburg for now, because I think this team can achieve
something,” he concluded.
Papiss Demba Cisse has started the season brilliantly and has scored five goals from the six games played. The striker was the second highest goal scorer in the Bundesliga last season behind Mario Gomez.
