SCHOOL SPORTS??????????????

this year i am going into the ninth grade, and for the first time i want to do school sports. my question is: What should i bring/wear (ect) to tryouts? and How can i prepare myself for this sport (and the tryouts) meaning eating, exercising, ect.

the sports i am interested in doing are:

volleyball

cross country

tennis

basketball

  1. Wear comfortable tennis shoes or running shoes and maybe your gym outfit  a good drink would be water or Gatorade  


  2. Im also going to the ninth grade this year :)

    In 7th-8th Grade i joined cross country

    all you need is comfortable running shoes

    and usually you just wear your school p.e uniform

    For volleyball i tried out in 8th grade but didnt make it

    Get comfortable clothes cause in our tryouts

    we had to spike the ball (which i couldnt i was to short)

    and do these other drills! and the coaches usually tell you what to bring on the first day so yeah!

  3. wear stretchy nike shorts, with s t-shirt.eating doesnt really effect your ability, unless you r eating like 5 hamburgers and 1 bad of chips or something!! to condition, run around the neighborhood or up and down the street!

  4. wear skins there are performance exercise clothing and they are like wearing tights.
