What unit are you measuring? It it's volume, find containers of liquids with the measurements printed on it. Containers of solid food will give you the mass of it's contents. If you need length, use a ruler or meter stick to find the length of walls and furniture and convert. You can even use the measurements of 8-1/2 by 11 inch printer paper.
