SCOTUS said we cant kill s*x offenders, Jindal supports castration, is that fair?

Jindal is a Republican, Jesse Jackson is a Democrat. Is castration finally an issue WE can agree on?

I think it is a punishment that is not too severe in proportion to the crime that was committed. And I asked a question sort of like this a couple of weeks ago. Where were you when I needed you?

I hardly think that because two people from different political parties can agree upon something means that it's a universal notion.

Castration doesn't fix the problem... the problem is psychological, not physical -- the desire doesn't come from the genitals, it stems from the brain.

Just because he can't get it up, doesn't mean his tongue and fingers don't work... rehabilitation is the key....

It only works if the castration is done about two inches below their chin and is done about six inches deep all the way around front to back

scotus is wrong.castration is no answer .studies show that the worst s*x offenders[violent rapists and pedophiles] will continue even if physically castrated.the solution  seems to be to find an alternative method of sentencing.exile seems to work well if you pick the right place.I'm in favor of establishing an honor farm for s*x offenders on Antarctica.let them feed themselves or not.

  look in all honesty killing them is the ONLY THING that works.my exbrotherinlaw William Thomas[known in ma. as the holliston child molester]only stopped when he died.he paused when the police framed him for heroin.even parole and the registry did nothing.he got at least three more children that i've heard of.brings him to around 35.

   if you don't think that those 35 children's pain was worth that the most low of human lives.you are wrong.i know at least one of those children grew to do what was done to him.he's incarcerated now.my sister forbid me from avenging the children of my family.the police warned me about it.but had i at least those three would have been spared.not acting anyway is the single greatest faliur of my life.at that point i knew what he was if i had acted three at least would have been spared.
