i have a camera that records in HD video, but the file size is to large for the interent, is there a software program that can transfer HD to AVI at 320/240?

  1. sure, you can downscale the video, pretty much any video editing software should let you do this, but it will not be HD anymore. 320 x 240 is very low res.

    try encoding with DivX, the DivX codec offers very good compression while maintaining semi high quality. www.divx.com
