SEA TURTLE QUESTIOn?

Question

what time of morning/night do turtles hatch on the beach?

We have a house on the beach w/ a balcony and I wanted to know what time I could see them.

They can hatch at anytime. I wouldn't suggest trying to catch any though they have a hard enough time trying to survive in the wild.

but if it were me I would take my camera down and take photos of them. It must be quite a site to see them hatch and struggle to the ocean.

They generally hatch at night, there is no set time. They quickly make their way to the ocean, so do not try to interfere, if they loose their way they will end up road kill or bird food.

It is pretty random, with most of the turtles waiting for some hidden signal and rushing as a group. If we knew when it was going to happen, then the predators could figure it out as well!

they can hatch at any time just keep them away from birds they will eat them.

As far as i know, they hatch during the night, and by morning, they're burrowing themselves out of the sand. It takes them almost a whole day to make it to the ocean sometimes. (This may not be completely accurate, but its all i know)
