i have done everything : submitted, title tags, meta tags, content, tracked? What do i do now?

Please someone give me some advice?

If you want to rank high on Google you'll also need some quality backlinks.  Contact websites with a high pagerank to see if they'll link to you.  You might want to create a resource page to do some reciprocal linking.  You can also include your link in blog comments (without spamming) for relevant posts so you're link can be on the site permanently.  Make sure the blog has a high page rank and is a Dofollow blog (to find that out just check the source and see if the word "nofollow" is in it.  If it is you want to stay away).

If you are looking for immediate traffic, you might want to consider Google Adwords.  It won't help SEO, but it will drive customers to your site.  Another thing to consider is that you site should also have link popularity.  Consider starting up an affiliate program.  Affiliate programs work when people sell your site/service and they get a cut.  Sometimes its a Cost per Acquisition, and sometimes it's a percentage of the sale.  The links that your affiliates use on their sites count for link popularity by Google!  Not only will you have MORE links to your site, you will have people working FOR you without having to have a staff.
