  1. Comcast is a very shady provider.  I have no choice but to use them.  They make you pay extra for the actual speed you subscribe for.  Bad expierience with them.

  2. Verizon FIOS is probably the fastest internet provider for consumers. It is not available everywhere though. I would recommend that you go too the AT&T and Comcast websites. That way you should be able to see what the fastest service between those two is in your area.

  3. dont rellyknow but i uses quest is been the best so fare and i us mozia  firefoxe fore my sever its fast and its free and hase no spy wear

  4. Your question didn't state how much you're willing to pay.  The more you're willing to pay, the faster connection you can get.

If you can afford a T1 line that's obviously the fastest, but most people can't afford that for their home.

Verizon Fios is great especially if you don't go for the cheapest level.

I experienced some issues with ComCast and TimeWarner (under no circumstances get TimeWarner).

My parents have AT&T DSL and the speed is really pretty good.  But with DSL there are a lot of factors that can affect your connection speed.

  5. Verizon FIOS, 30 MBPS max. connection speed @ $139.95 per month. Info:

It's awesome. Well worth the price.

They have cheaper (slower) FIOS plans too.

  6. A   T1 is one of the fastest but it also depends on  the distance to you

Also att or comcast are both fast but, again it depends upon the distance to you.

Your computer has to be set up for speed.
