These, uh ... take my money for two years with service very very poor.and only once (August) got me on line - then I did not switch my computer off but it died, during an important message! only a month later. There has to be some kind of breach of an implied contract here and someone out there who will 1. Help me. 2. Advertise my opinion (hey I really want help - not to be wiped) that others should not expect service. Phone calls don't help - they have the very longest waiting queues I've ever come accross - I know how subjective time can be so I measured the last time 47 minutes and still seventh in a queue when I freaked out!
I'm not a bitter man, uh ... yes I I ... AM!
