SERTRALINE should i stop takeing it.

welllll i been takeing it and its my firsst day and they said only to take 25 mg or how eve you say it and like the first day i took it my head started to spin and its like i feel dizzy and time goes by fast is that normal and should i tke it again or no sum one help please and i cant even cry or think straight.

if its you firsst day takeing it and the said only 25mg or how eve you say it, you shouldn't take sum mor until tomorrow and see how you feel then.  possible side effects are: anxiety, panic attacks, trouble sleeping, irritable, agitated, hostile, aggressive behavior.
