SET TOP BOX WON'T WORK

Dear sir,

We are having Problems with our Set Top Box not Working, there is a light that glows Green when the Set top box is Turned on and Red when off but iy is Constantly on RED,and we Cannot switch the Unit off at all, Can you Tell me why this is Happening
