SEYCHELLE! food help please?

hi i need to make a brochure on seychelle in french

there's a section called 'cuisine' and i've been researching but can't seem to get much information...:(

does anyone know any good sites that summarize the special and famous food in seychelle? :) IN FRENCH! please

or if there is anyone who lives in seychelle himself/herself...could you give me some information on the famous types of food that you simply mustt try?:) or general idea of the food in seychelle...

it would help greatly if you could write them in french! thank youu:)

p.s. i was researching stuff about seychelles and it looks like a really amazing place:) does anyone know how much it'd cost to go to seychelles from toronto? not for too long...about a week i think:) thank you!

Je regrette que mon français n'est pas très bien, mais j'ai demeuré en Seychelles pour un an.  Ils aiment curried fish, curried octopus et bouillabaisse.  Leurs poissons sont varied et magnifique; beaucoup poissons avec beaucoup des couleurs.
