SF Giants fans, what needs to happen to get a decent team.?

Teh giants are looking young but do they have enough talent in the organization to build a great team, I don't know. Who else thinks they need a huge free agent signing like Burrell or bigger to have any chance of getting on track in the next couple of years. I would say trade but they need to hold onto their pitching and don't have any real young prospects outside pitchers with much value. What do you think, thanks.

Start by getting rid of more of the veterans like Omar Vizquel and Randy Winn...Zito has been a big mess for them,but i think he can figure things out and get back to a decent pitcher...Their main thing is offense because their starting rotation isn't that bad.

They just need more hitting and just a wee bit more pitching, and they're on their way.

More offense,defense, pitching, fielding, better management and front office decisions

I believe Zito deal messed everything up for giants. I believe Giants need a big RBI / Homerun hitter in middle of their lineup.
