SHOULD I GET AN INGROUND POOL OR NOT?

Question

I am really really thinking about getting a pool for my house here in Northern California, Sacramento. I just don't know how much it would cost, the measurement for it is at 16x43 and i was thinking about at least having 8-8 1/2 deep. Do u know how much that would cost me? and wat pool company is the best to do the job. Also i was thinking about financing this pool also, I have no equity for the house, which loan can i take that is the best?
