i like this guy and he said he really like me too, and he is really really sweet! <-- you have no idea, if you talk about a girl the wrong way around him he will scream at you. but, my mom doesnt aproe of me having a boyfriend should i go out with him, and why..thanx

I really think you should. But really, if your mom doesnt approve, you should really respect that. Maybe just stick with being best friends for awhile. You have your whole live ahead of you to be dating. Soon enough you will be able to date, but dont disrespect your mom. I hope this helps. Best of Luck =]
