SIEMENS GIGASET A340 Manual Needed in English?

i'm searching for the siemens gigaset a340 manual in english...could find only in italin & turkish...someone can pl link me to the english version...'m currently unable to use it as ts asking for registration of handset(God knows wat it means!!)

Cordless phones typically need to be "registered" to the telephone base station unit that connects to your phone line.

This prevents other people with same or similar phone from listening to or connecting to your phone line too.  

Registering essentially "authorizes" that particular cordless phone to connect through the base unit.
