SIGs (Special Interest Groups) concerning universal voting?

i.e. an association asking for no age restrictions in elections. One that has made a proposal asking for age restriction to be COMPLETELY REMOVED and for there to instead be a "political knowledge" test to be taken in order to vote. DON'T DO GOOGLE SEARCH PLEASE.

Think the political knowledge test is a good idea, but that it's likely unconstitutional.  Our founders presumed subsequent generations would continue to remain informed, realizing the power in democracy.  Think the age restriction removal is a bad idea.  During a person's teenage years, hormones prevail in our sense of urgency and still-spinning, often manic awareness of growth.  Priorities are very personal, and "the big picture" is of least importance.
