One more thing to add about Simi Valley:  In the summer time, it gets real hot out there...every day.

Ooo yeah I know of that city, my cousin lives close to there...well not exactly there but in Ventura County still (that's the county Simi Valley's in.) There was this infamous beating of Rodney King thing with police officers that happened sometime around 1993-ish. Some serious religious groups there. Well anyway, we've been down there before to see Grandma Prisbrey's Bottle Village. You've gotta see that. And Rancho Simi. Some gorgeous historical landmarks.

simi valley is a good place to live.  its where a lot of LAPD officers live as well as LA county Sheriffs.  its very safe and a great place to raise a family.  downside, its a very boring town, everything closes early, and its a little , well more than a little, redneck.  it seems eveything is about 5 years behind LA and its only over the hill.  i personally hate simi but i know a few people that live there and they love it.

the rodney king beating did not happen in simi valley you dip ****..  the trial was moved there due to the defense thinking it would be an unfair trial in LA county..  

do people just make up there own **** on here because they think people will beleive them??

It is ok average.  there area other nice places to live.
