I've received two Ellis 4in1 cribs, (first came damaged) and neither came with assembly instructions. There is no way to contact their customer service, phone calls go to a generic voice mail that disconnects and email's are returned (almost seems like their office is out of business). Is there anyone out there that has a pdf of the instructions, or could possibly mail me a paper copy?Thank you for any help!
