No, you have to buy the Flash Pass there, and there is usually a huge line to get it

Yes, you can wear a shirt over your bathing suit as long as it's cotton or something and doesn't have metal hanging off of it.

Parking is expensive, about $15 for regular parking, $50 for VIP parking.

Locker rentals cost about $10 (I think) but you get some money back.
