I got a new SKY HD box and service before Christmas '07. All is wonderful until this week - I ask it to record something and when I come to watch it I get the message that the 'recording failed' due to 'no satellite signal is being received' but meanwhile I was watching another channel with a perfect picture. So what's happening? Do I need to ring SKY Customer 'service'? I'd prefer not to do that - has anyone any advice for me please?
