Question:

SKY HD recording difficulty?

I got a new SKY HD box and service before Christmas '07. All is wonderful until this week - I ask it to record something and when I come to watch it I get the message that the 'recording failed' due to 'no satellite signal is being received' but meanwhile I was watching another channel with a perfect picture. So what's happening? Do I need to ring SKY Customer 'service'? I'd prefer not to do that - has anyone any advice for me please?

  1. If your doing everything your supposed to do but its still having the problem id recommend getting in touch with Sky, could be a faulty box or something. Any way good luck.
