Yes, it is! Slim and fit, that is. If you're sagging somewhere, support garments only hide it. You still feel the same inside.

Slim is really just being at your own ideal body weight. No excess body fat.

Fit is being trim and happy and ready to face the day. It doesn't mean working out like an Olympian. A nice walk somewhere nice every day is just fine. A little stretching rather than padding and supporting.

You sound as if you think there's a big price to pay for being lean and fit. That just isn't true.

Take a browse around these sites for exercise and diet ideas.

You don't need expensive gym equipment and Hollywood diets to be trim and terrific - and happy!

  2. They are usually very helpful...so if it makes you feel better to have one and wear it, go for it!  I've had one for yrs ...while i am not overweight and fairly toned, I still like to look 'smooth' with certain clothing and it really helps alot. Hope this helps

  3. Is it some kind of exercise machine? In my experience, these are difficult to use and very very boring. If you want to tone up, I advise lots of cardio, like running, rowing or kickboxing, followed by a circuits session - cruches, sit ups, that kind of thing.

And do it with friends, it's always more fun!
